"Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility of a website, mobile application, or any of their elements. Architectural Accessibility Declaration

Entrance: The Museum can be accessed through a single entrance on the side of Aleja Wedla. The nearest road is Lubelska Street, approximately 150 meters from the main entrance. Visitors using wheelchairs, crutches, or walkers, as well as families with strollers, can use the main entrance. The main entrance door has a width of 2.8 meters. All spaces inside the building are accessible for wheelchair users: corridors are sufficiently wide, and elevators serve all floors. Tactile maps on each floor are high-contrast, embossed, and include Braille.  
Parking: The parking lot in front of the Museum has one designated parking space for persons with disabilities. Entry with Assistance and Guide Dogs: Certified assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed in the building and all its spaces.  
Elevators: The building has three elevators. One is located on the ground floor in the entrance pavilion, leading to level -1, which houses ticket counters, cloakrooms, restrooms, and the gift shop. The other two elevators connect level -1 to the ground floor, the first floor (exhibition area and chocolate workshops), and the second floor (exhibition space, museum office, and cinema room). Both elevators also reach the sixth floor, where the observation deck is located.  
Restrooms: The Museum has 9 restrooms, including 3 accessible for persons with disabilities:
  • On level -1, past the cloakrooms (at the end of the corridor).
  • On floors +1 and +2 (to the right after exiting the elevator, then left upon entering the exhibition).
A family room equipped with a separate restroom and a changing table is also available on level -1.
