'The Form of Taste' - temporary exhibition

Welcome to the temporary exhibition The Form of Taste, featuring works created by Malwina Konopacka especially for our museum.
The artist demonstrates that taste is not limited to a single sense. Here, chocolate serves as the starting point for sculpture, color, and detail.

Color photograph. Portrait of a woman with brown hair. Half of her face is obscured by a ceramic object in the foreground.

Special tour of the exhibition

"For me, this exhibition is a sentimental journey back to the tastes and shapes of my childhood. I recalled the 'Jedyna' chocolate, which I already appreciated back then not only for its taste but also for its beautiful packaging. It was designed by Zofia Stryjeńska and refreshed by Karol Śliwka in the 1960s. Both of them, while creating applied art, never ceased to be artists."
